Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Everjoy Books is operated by Zetta-Seti, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit EverjoyBooks.com, use our download pages, submit our forms, or receive our emails.

Information you provide

When you request a bonus pack, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also record which bonus pack you requested.

When you subscribe to Everjoy Book News, we collect your email address, any optional first name you provide, and your subscription preferences.

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information or identifying information about a child.

How we use information

We use your information to deliver requested bonus materials, email download links, answer questions, manage subscriptions, and maintain our website and email services.

Requesting a bonus pack does not subscribe you to Everjoy Book News. Book-news emails are optional and require a separate signup. Bonus downloads do not require a newsletter subscription or a book review.

Hosting, forms, and email services

We use Hostinger to host our website and downloads, process forms, and provide email services. We use Hostinger Reach to manage bonus-delivery emails and optional book-news subscriptions. These providers process information needed to supply their services.

Our hosting and form services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times to deliver content, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems.

Emails sent through Hostinger Reach may record delivery status, opens, link clicks, and device information. This information helps us assess email delivery and engagement.

Cookies and website tracking

We have not added Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising integrations to this website. Hosting and form services may use technologies needed to provide their functions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking some technologies may affect website or form functionality.

Sharing information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate our website, forms, downloads, and email services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from book-news emails using the unsubscribe link in an email. You can also contact hello@everjoybooks.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change your email preferences.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal obligations. We may retain limited records to honor unsubscribe requests and prevent unwanted emails.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Children’s information

Our books and printable activities are designed for children, while our online forms and email services are intended for adult parents, caregivers, and educators.

Children should not submit personal information through our forms. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@everjoybooks.com so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Other websites

Our website may link to Amazon and other external websites. Their privacy policies govern information you provide on those websites. Purchases made through Amazon are handled by Amazon; we do not collect payment-card information through this website.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date.
