Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Everjoy Books is operated by Zetta-Seti, LLC. These terms describe the permitted use of EverjoyBooks.com and the free bonus materials available through our website and download pages.

Who our online services are for

Our books and printable activities are designed for children. Our online forms, bonus requests, and email subscriptions are intended for adult parents, caregivers, and educators.

Please use your own adult contact information when submitting a form. Do not provide identifying information about a child.

Permission to use free bonus materials

You may download and save our free bonus materials for your own use. You may print copies for children in your household or students you personally teach, including in a classroom or homeschool setting.

You may give those learners printed copies to complete. Keep any copyright notices and Everjoy Books branding intact.

This permission applies to our free bonus materials. It does not grant permission to reproduce pages from our published books.

Sharing and redistribution

Please share links to our official bonus signup pages so other families and educators can obtain their own copies.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with our written permission, you may not:

• Sell the bonus materials or include them in a product offered for sale.
• Upload the PDF or ZIP files to websites, public folders, social media groups, or resource marketplaces.
• Redistribute the digital files to other households, educators, or organizations.
• Claim the materials as your own or remove identifying notices.

For permission beyond the uses described above, contact hello@everjoybooks.com. Nothing in these terms restricts uses allowed by applicable copyright law.

Bonus requests, emails, and reviews

When you request a bonus pack, we use the email address you provide to deliver the requested download link.

Everjoy Book News is a separate, optional subscription. Requesting a bonus pack does not automatically subscribe you to book-news emails. Subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in an email.

A book review is never required to receive bonus materials. If you choose to leave a review, it should reflect your honest experience, whether positive or negative.

Educational use

Our books and printables provide handwriting practice and related activities. Suggested age ranges are general guides; adults should choose activities appropriate for each learner.

Children develop at different rates. We do not guarantee a particular learning result or a fixed time for mastering a skill.

Purchases and external websites

Our website may link to Amazon and other external websites. Purchases made through a retailer are processed by that retailer. Its applicable terms and policies govern payment, shipping, returns, and refunds, subject to your legal rights.

External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, or handling of your information.

Website availability and responsible use

We aim to keep our website and download links working, but access may occasionally be interrupted or content may change. If a download fails, contact us for help.

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, misuse our forms, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and free downloads are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, forms, downloads, and emails.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our website or services change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date and apply going forward.
